Hey Guys,
Hope all went well for the holidays! Here it was good, but i still wish we could have gotten the Christmas Carol done by now, we just have 3 more scenes to film and then its done! with the exception of editing. it was mostly the weathers fault this time. winters a hard time to do anything here in Maine.
with that said, the How To Guide will be back on Friday, just a few days away now, YAY! I'm not gonna give any details away, well one, just to tie you over.. we will introduce Paul as a semi-main character. we still aren't sure if he will be in all the episodes of season 2 his schedule for work is different than mine! the best part of having a third member is when we all aren't in the scene together one can be behind the camera. i personally cant wait for the season premiere 'cause it means quicker shoots. and its a little easier.
as always we are taking suggestions and I will be around on the site on and off over the next few days
Happy New Year
John
Hey Guys,
Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving. We've been busy planning!
First off, I've re-uploaded The Spooktackular, should be high quality with the sound effects that you guys all asked for, i wasnt gonna do it like that but i guess i didnt have much choice! i hope to have the DVD up for sale soon.
Now onto Christmas, we're doing a Redneck/Mainah version of Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol. We hope it lives up to your standards!
speaking of Standards, we've been having alot of comments come into the site and on the videos that our videos arnt "redneck Enough" or just "not redneck." Well to be painfully honest with you, i for one, am not your traditional redneck, Paul is more of a Hillbilly, and Mike is the closest thing to a redneck as we have, so we rely on our acting skills, which i have none! But while we sit there and plan, we can only think of so much. So, here's a challenge to you all, instead of commenting by saying "that's not redneck" or something along those lines, give us some ideas, we'll add them to the next episode!
Thanks guys, I'll be bringing you all more information about The Christmas show as it comes in!
Hey guys,
Just wanted to give you a quick update. the last couple of weeks have been hectic. For those of you wondering what happened, the last couple of weeks of October we practically just worked on the Halloween Spooktackular, it was fun, dont get me wrong, but it was hectic. the last week of the shooting, i started editing. my computer kept telling me my hard drive was corrupt. i prayed that it would make it through to the end of the editing phase. it did! so i tried to upload it to youtube, it kept booting me out, so Part two of the Spooktackular was late by i think 2 days, oops.
after the show was up, it thought it would be safe to put Windows 7 on my computer, apparently putting a new OS on a failing hard drive is a bad idea. so that week we had to cancel the show, as my computer is the main computer that runs everything! I was going to go out last sunday and buy a hard drive but i came down with a case of the dreaded H1N1, or The Swine Flu, leave it to me. (For those of you wonder what it is and how to avoid it, see our How-to Video in the Videos section.) So the show was canceled that week.
There is no way we will have the Thanksgiving episode remotely ready in time, and will address that Wednesday Night, so stay tuned. So yes, the show is back this week, we'll keep you posted!
Thats whats going on around here, stay tuned for further updates in the coming days and weeks! oh and yes the Christmas episode is still on!

Hey Guys
So as I've mentioned before in the Vlog, # 3, to be exact, I'm trying to stay on top of the Vlogs and blogs each week, but you know by now how well I am on staying on top of things!
If you watched the JWJMCradio Live Web Show Wednesday night, you will know that we have a new member, Paul Hunter. Paul is the man who got us on our feet and started the website for us. I plan of making him his own page, that is if he plans on sticking with us!
We started shooting the JWJMCradio Halloween Spooktackular this week. As Newtons law states, anything that can go wrong will go wrong, as is the story of this site! But seriously guys, *****Spoiler Alert******* if you don't want to know any more about the Halloween episode don't read any further, but as i was saying, the first scene opens up with mike and i "running" over Paul. (welcome to the team Paul!)
We were working on a dirt driveway, so Paul wouldn't get hurt, and we told all respected parties what we were doing, as there was a bar at the end of the driveway. we explained that we'd get out of the way of any customers they might have and that we wouldn't disturb anything. he said everything was fine and he'd tell the couple staying in the camper out front.
Although we didn't actually run Paul over, we got two good test scenes with him falling off of his dirt bike and rolling behind the truck, YAY. but right after that we see a pair of headlights on this one lane dirt driveway. We leave Paul to pick up his bike and we went down to the parking lot at the end to get out of the way. We see the car stop in front of Paul. so mike an i start heading back up this driveway. as we get closer we spot the headlights of a crown vic, I said to Mike, "Damn, its a cop!" Any one who knows me knows that I hate the local cops, I've never been arrested nor am I a trouble maker, but they are always bugging me and are never far away, just my luck right. So we finally get up to Paul, the cop is running Paul's license for any warrants, looks at Mike and I, doesn't say hello or anything, just "Give me your licenses." I felt like saying "I'm doing fine this evening and yourself?" But i didn't want to get arrested. Mike didn't have his license but as we were off the town road, and could cut across the field to get back to his house, there was nothing the officer could do about that. He ended up going down and talking to the idiots int he motorhome and said we'd have to leave.
So with tears in our eyes we headed back to Mikes house, looking for another place to shoot the movie. alright so we weren't crying, but we figured we'd at lease enjoy ourselves. We grabbed the key to mikes main field and made a header for it. We grabbed shovels and rakes and implements of destruction, and some water, and decided to have a grand 'ole time by a fire. On the way there, I figured i'd get some behind-the-scenes stuff. I grabbed Paul's camera, he was following behind us on the bike, and turned it on, hit the recored button, and it said "memory full." I put the camera back and when we got to the field, where we shot the Camping Episode, I looked at Paul and told him he needed a memory card, and gave him mine, with the shot of the fall on it. so to make a long story short, we were horsing around the field in the truck, and paul on his bike, we stopped and said "Paul hand me your camera." He said he'd left it on the hood of the truck, mike and i looked at each other and thus started the mad hunt for Pauls black camera in the dead of night. we never found it, so in the field somewhere right now is a camera with a great shot of paul falling off of his bike, DAMN!
well i guess we'll just have to reshoot and find that camera. hopefully. stay tuned for more updates!

Blog 1:
Today we finally got the site up and running. It was a long time coming and I was having problems uploading the videos to revver.com. They kept telling me that there was too much “Adult Oriented Content”. After reviewing the video several times and emailing them several times. I realized that for the sake of the viewers I had to upload the videos to YouTube. So I spent a lot of time last night and into the early morning (1AM, not too late) uploading the videos to YouTube. I’m starting to think that it would be easier to do a short show each week and do a special half hour or hour long show once a month, we’ll see.
But other than dealing with revver.com to get the site up, stuffs been boring around here, just work and playing videos games on my PS3. Finally going back up to forty hours at renys so I’m making more money. Every little bit helps, I guess. We’re still short handed, but are beginning to hire some new people, but it seems for every person we hire, we lose another, oh well, more hours for me! The familys been fine, no signs of the Swine flu around here, so I think my may have dodged that bullet, according to Yahoo, this stream of the virus isn’t nearly as strong as the one in Mexico. Guess we lucked out there.
I hope everyone enjoyed the video. I also hope you all stay healthy.
John
